These steps to help maintain a sanitary environment in people's homes:

At Fox Residential Services Group, LLC the safety of our clients, agents, employees, and the home occupants are of great importance to us. We are continuing to conduct inspections, maintain pools and HVAC equipment, and provide pest control services. While doing so we are taking extra steps and precautions to avoid negatively impacting the health and safety of others or ourselves.

While on-site, our employees will take these steps to help maintain a sanitary environment in people's homes:

Wash hands multiple times as needed, especially after touching faucets and door handles

Bring hand towels or paper towels for drying our hands

If available, we will use disinfectant wipes on faucets and door handles

We will not shake hands or bump fists

We will avoid touching our faces

Any employee with symptoms of CoVid-19 will voluntarily quarantine (fever, cough, difficulty breathing)

We typically recommend that our clients and buyers agents attend the home inspection, but temporarily request that they do not attend. Instead, we will have a brief phone walk-through at the end of the inspection to give a verbal rundown of our findings. If any questions arise after receiving the inspection report, we encourage clients/agents to call or email our office. The inspector will be contacted to reach out and answer those questions.

These procedures apply to all Fox home inspectors, stucco inspectors, mold inspectors, WDI inspectors and pest control technicians, pool inspectors and service operators, our HVAC specialist, and our handyman.

We have ozone generators that we can place in the house that will kill 99.999% of viruses, including Covid-19/bacteria/as well as odors. We need 3 hours to treat the unoccupied home(no people or pets inside premised during the treatment). After treatment, we will remove the equipment and air out property and leave documentation of the date and time of treatment.
