Support the Service, Operations, and Growth Managers in effective growing of the divisions
Recruit quality employees for all divisions as needed
Successful onboarding of new employees
Maintain the company employee manual
Coordinate payroll and benefits programs
Enforce company policies and practices
Hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all additional HR team members
Consult with Managers about current and future employee needs
Keeps Managers updated regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits
Consults with CoAdvantage to ensure that policies comply with federal and state law
Recruits, interviews, tests applicants to fill vacant positions
Plans and conducts new employee orientation
Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
Prepares employee separation notices and conducts exit interviews
Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations
Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - required
2-3 years of service and management experience - preferred
3-5 years of administrative experience - preferred
