Job Standards

Primary Objectives 

  • Support the Service, Operations, and Growth Managers in effective growing of the divisions 

  • Recruit quality employees for all divisions as needed 

  • Successful onboarding of new employees 

  • Maintain the company employee manual 

  • Coordinate payroll and benefits programs

  • Enforce company policies and practices

  • Hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all additional HR team members

  • Regular Work Activities 

  •  Consult with Managers about current and future employee needs 

  • Keeps Managers updated regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits 

  • Consults with CoAdvantage to ensure that policies comply with federal and state law 

  • Recruits, interviews, tests applicants to fill vacant positions 

  •  Plans and conducts new employee orientation 

  • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues

  • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs 

  • Prepares employee separation notices and conducts exit interviews 

  • Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations 

  • Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan 

  • Weekly Status Report 

  • Bi-monthly team member payroll

  • Management Responsibilities 

  • Self – We lead others through leading ourselves 

  • Bi-Weekly team meetings with focus on accountability and team/individual

  • Maintain the “scoreboard” on an ongoing basis 

  • Any additional HR team members

  • Experience, Training

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - required 

  •  2-3 years of service and management experience - preferred 

  • 3-5 years of administrative experience - preferred

    We operate at a high level of performance, execution, gaining results, and accountability. As a team member you will have: 

    ·         A weekly team planning EOS meeting 

    ·         A weekly one-on-one success meeting with  your leader 

    ·         Work from a project board 

    ·         Complete your specified lead measures 

    ·         Undergo a quarterly performance review 



    The Human Relations Manager is the go-to person for all employee-related issues. This means that your HR Manager duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.
