Growing company seeks operations office manager for the HVAC division. Duties include client and technician communication, scheduling services, billing, report generation, light accounting, assist with website updates, and special assignments as needed. Previous HVAC experience preferred. Previous office experience necessary. Must be well versed in using Microsoft Office products. Will need to pass a background check. A behavioral profile test is a standard part of our hiring process.
