Helping You Live Your American Dream, As You Help Others Live Theirs
ANNOUNCING!
FOX COMMERCIAL INSPECTIONS
As a home buyer you want a home inspector who will be thorough and perform a detailed inspection of your new home. But you also want to be treated professionally and with respect. The home inspector should be able to explain their findings to you in a way you can understand.
The inspector will conduct a structural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing inspection of a commercial property. Ancillary inspectors may be called in as appropriate, such as Fire Control Systems Inspectors, Elevator Inspectors, Chilled Water Systems Inspectors, etc. Additional Fee.
Infrared technology uses the science of thermal imaging to detect differences in temperature between the suspect area of the home and the surrounding areas. This difference in temperature could indicate water / moisture in the wall, ceiling, or other area, and can often "back-track" to the source.
One of the most devastating problems that can happen to a homeowner is a problem with the sewer line. Whether that’s a backup or a water leak, both situations can pump contaminated water into and around your home. That’s why we take sewer inspections very serious at Fox Inspections.
If you see or smell mold in your home, you would being doing yourself a favor by getting a mold inspection. Mold poses health risks. Enviro Fox Mold Sampling Inspections consist of 4 air samples, taken from areas of concern to you. We can also take swab samples if there is visible mold that you want tested.

We are especially focused on the items of structural integrity and compliance to local municipal codes. We are checking for debris or roots in excavation, integrity of vapor barrier, straightness
On the structural inspection, we'll walk on the rooftop whenever it is safe and accessible for us to do so. We'll check the entire roofing system and all roof penetrations. And we even crawl thru the attic checking for water penetration, proper framing, load bearing walls, inside and outside, down to and including the foundation system.
